Experiencing the same issue with a HP LaserJet 1320.

Attached relevant output from journalctl.

Page gets printed using HP LaserJet 1320, hpcups 3.15.9 (en/en)

Jobs is listed with "Filter failed".

I could reproduce the crash here. However, after rebuilding the package using makepkg, the crash was gone.

Thanks Thomas - doing the same rebuild makes the pdftopdf command I posted above work for me.
Perhaps a recent update with a supplemental library has caused this? I guess the package just needs rebuilding and pushing out.

Can you try to downgrade qpdf and check if this introduced the crash?

I'm just rebuilding the package to fix it for the repo.

No crash with qpdf 5.1.3-1, but crashs with qpdf 5.2.0 here

I've sent a mail to the qpdf maintainer about this report.

cups-filters 1.1.0-3 installed and working perfectly: thanks for the quick fix.
Andreas - aren't you the qpdf maintainer? ;-)
