DetailsWine 1.7.54 changelog suggests[1][2] that prelink is deprecated and wine now tries to use system linker for relocation. Since ld passes relevant configure check in wine's sources (-Wl,-Ttext-segment=0x7bc00000), prelink could be safely removed from wine's makedepends.
