Description:

I don't use arch,
but I've been studying your udev configs.

I found what looks like a bug in /usr/lib/udev/rules.d/hdapsd.rules:
it uses TAG="systemd" instead of TAG+="systemd".

This will prevent adding *other* tags to /dev/sd[a-z].

This is appears in hdapsd-20141203-2-x86_64.pkg.tar.xz,
it is not part of the systemd/udev package's default rules.
