There's a bug in the keyboard input handling for `erl` (the Erlang REPL), which was reported here: https://github.com/elixir-lang/elixir/issues/3471

The fixed it recently on the head branch (https://github.com/erlang/otp/commit/2c7e387961251af59f14bca39cbf8fbbe880383e), however, Erlang hasn't cut a new release yet.

There's currently no other workaround, so I made a little patch to fix the current Arch Erlang package. Would you mind throwing it in?

Thanks!

Thanks for reporting. We don't normally patch packages, but rather nag upstream until they make a release.

The patch did not fix the issue here. What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

The patch didn't work? It worked fine on my end.

Here's the updated PKGBUILD I used:

(I hacked it up a bit because I couldn't get the ODBC package to copy itself properly.)

Will wait for the upstream release that fixes this.
