NZBGet runs perfectly fine without python (v3) installed, it's only needed for the postprocessing scripts, Email.py and Logger.py, which are of dubious use anyway. We really don't need to be necessarily pulling in python as a strict dependency. I suggest it be changed to optdepend with a reference to the aforementioned postprocessing scripts. |
