watch(1) crashes.

Additional info:
* package version: core/procps-ng 3.3.11-2

Steps to reproduce:

1. Run this: watch --color -t git -c color.ui=always log
2. Wait 2 seconds
3. watch crahes with this message: [1] 29214 segmentation fault (core dumped) watch --color -t git -c color.ui=always log

Upstream seems to be fixed but it has another problem.

* v3.3.11 in arch - crashes if '-t' option is given.
* v3.3.11 in upstream - crasehs if '-t' option is *not* given.
* master (b2f49b1) in upstream - not crashes but '--color' option makes all characters yellow. See https://gitlab.com/procps-ng/procps/issues/12

Thanks for the heads up. Unfortunately, if there isn't a single patchset I can pull to fix this issue entirely, I'm inclined to just leave our package a stock 3.3.11. Better have upstream bugs than introduce our own.
