Each and every package-search offers a quick action bar at the bottom to speedily modify some package attributes: adopt, notify and flag. However since the intorduction of a mandatory flag-message it became impossible to quickly flag packages. Hence I would either suggest removing this option altoghether or to ask for a comment which applies to all packages.
