Description:
I would like to disable default plasma shortcut alt+F1 "Activate Application Launcher Widget".
I am often using Alt+F1 shortcut in intellij idea.

When I remove shortcut alt+F1
it is again available after new login.


Additional info:
* plasma 5.4-2


Steps to reproduce:
1. start from clean profile - it is optional
rm -rf ~/.cache/ ~/.config/ ~/.kde4/ ~/.local/
2. login to plasma desktop
3. Alt+F1 - activate application launcher widget
- it is ok - default
4. run system settings and disable alt+F1 shortcut
It means set None and apply.
5. Alt+F1 do nothing - it is fine
6. logout
7. login again
8. Alt+F1 - activate application launcher widget
- It is BUG.

Sounds like an upstream problem, I don't see how packaging could have caused this.
