Consider adding the WTFPL to the common set of licenses along with ISC, MIT, etc.

licenses, as the title hopefully indicates. Currently licenses=(custom:WTFPL) is needed to satisfy namcap.

You missed the point. The "licenses" package is for common license, defined as those needed for two or more packages in the official repos. See the link I posted.
