Description:
The latest build of pidgin from hq fails to reconnect to xmpp-rooms (muc).

Steps to reproduce:
* Join a xmpp-muc
* Disconnect from the network
* Wait for timeout
* Reconnect again
* Try to write in the the open muc

The attached patch seems to solve the issue (diff from hq -> pidgin official release)
