Description:
alsa-restore failed to find soundcards and restore states for them. This is probably because it's started before the system reaches sound.target. From what I can see on upstream git repo, they already have a totally different alsa-restore.service and eliminated alsa-store.service for future release, but I don't know when will the next release be so I figure I should file a bug report here and request for some downstream patching for the meantime.
