Steps:

Upgrade KDE Frameworks to 5.15.0 version.
Reboot.
Open archive with HTML file inside in Ark. Click on this HTML file. Ark will close. In dmesg You will see similar:

Fixed upstream in master, but not backportable to 15.08. Fix will be in 15.12
