I tried to install pidgin-sipe package, but Office Communicator protocol is not avaliable in protocol list of "Add Account" menu.
All is ok if install gstreamer0.10 package other way:
> pidgin -d
...
(14:32:31) plugins: probing /usr/lib/purple-2/libsipe.so
(14:32:31) plugins: /usr/lib/purple-2/libsipe.so is not loadable: libgstreamer-0.10.so.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
...

I think gstreamer0.10 must be in dependencies list of pidgin-sipe:

* pidgin 2.10.11-4; pidgin-sipe 1.20.0-1


Steps to reproduce:
Remove gstreamer0.10 if it installed;
Install pidgin-sipe;
Go to Pidgin -> Accounts -> Manage Accounts -> Add... -> Protocol: now you can see - Office Comminicator is missing.

Confirmed:

/usr/lib/purple-2/libsipe.so
NEEDED libgstreamer-0.10.so.0

libpurple was recently switched to gstreamer 1.x.

Looks like this just needed a rebuild after the libpurple update. Please try 1.20.0-2, without gstreamer0.10 installed.
