Docker will fail to work with this kinda error :

Cannot start container 7e02c6d0ba6df116baf9480318d324d22aa581a1f721c8dd686e777a1adf24b5: [8] System error: open /sys/fs/cgroup/cpu,cpuacct/init.scope/system.slice/docker-7e02c6d0ba6df116baf9480318d324d22aa581a1f721c8dd686e777a1adf24b5.scope/cpu.shares: no such file or directory

Solution involves updating the systemd file as mentioned here https://github.com/docker/docker/issues/16256#issuecomment-146004535
