DetailsDescription:
Screensharing in Google hangouts does not work because there is apparently a compile flag `enable_hangout_services_extension=1` that needs to be set. Officially reported here: https://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=416856 Additional info: * package version: 45.0.2454.101-1 Steps to reproduce: 1) Navigate to: https://hangouts.google.com 2) Login to your google account. 3) Start a new video call. 4) Click the screenshare button (Green monitor icon with white arrow pointing right on the left hand side of the screen) 5) Notice how nothing happens. A popup asking you which window/screen to share should popup. (retry the steps in firefox to confirm what should happen) |
