Details

Description:
The smokeping package creates a smokeping user with its home directory set to /var/lib/smokeping.
The problem is that the path does not exist so this user is considered invalid by the shadow systemd service leading to a degraded state.

Steps to reproduce:
Install smokeping, restart the shadow systemd service and look at its status.
