Description:
Since Arch is packaging bitlbee with its own user and group, it would be nice if the service files used them. It just saves the user a small edit to the service file so bitlbee isn't needlessly running as root by default. FWIW, bitlbee does print a log message asking why it's being run as root :P

The service file appears to come from upstream. You should probably talk to them about this.

The default upstream config (/etc/bitlbee/bitlbee.conf) leaves the non-root user commented out, too.

I supposed since it's not upstream dictating what user:group bitlbee uses, but the packager, that it's something better fielded at Arch.

Except that the upstream config strongly implies that "bitlbee" is that user name...
