The irda-utils 0.9.16-2 package is broken, as there are some binaries missing (for example irdadump).

The irda-utils makefiles are obviously horribly broken. When they encounter an error, they claim to ignore it and then abort, but make still returns successfully, thus makepkg doesn't abort. Without looking at the output carefully, you won't notice the error(s) and build a broken package.

I updated the package to 0.9.17-1 and fixed the following build problems:
- Fixed installation of irnetd, so that "make install" won't abort and omit installing the remaining binaries
- Fixed the smcinit/* build to work with our new pciutils version
- Changed the download URL (0.9.17 wasn't available at the specified location)
- Added pciutils to makedepends
- Added glib2 to depends for irdadump

I attached the updated PKGBUILD and the required patch. Hoping for a quick update in the repos.
