Started in version 226; downgrading back to 225 fixes it for me.
My issue is the same as https://github.com/systemd/systemd/issues/1273 reported upstream, though all of my /etc/systemd/logind.conf is commented out. Uncommenting "HandleSuspendKey=suspend" has no effect.

Undesirable behaviour also continues on version 227, same as 226. Booting with the kernel in "debug" reports it thinking the system is docked in the logs. Adding "HandleLidSwitchDocked=suspend" to /etc/systemd/logind.conf will suspend my laptop when I close the lid (like version 225 did). Seems that could be undesirable for people who actually have a dock, though.

Is this still a problem with v230? The upstream issue you mention was closed as being related to zram and hybrid-sleep, which seems unrelated if you say that you're using all defaults.
