Please recompile this package to turn off this warnings:

1)

Adding 'Duse_libclang:BOOL=ON' in the cmake options remove these warnings.

Is this still an issue with the latest version of doxygen? You did not put the version you were using in your details. You also did not specify what command options you were running with doxygen to produce an error. I tried installing it and ran doxygen, and received the normal help messages. If you could reply with more information or an update if this is still an issue that would be great. Thanks!

No, there is no more errors of warnings with the new version of doxygen
