Description:

As specified, this is purely a feature request. I'm not sure if this is acceptable but figured I might as well ask.

The ALX kernel driver currently doesn't support the Killer E2400 ethernet card. I've found a patch (link attached) to add such support and have tested it for a few days without any problem. The patch is really simple althought it doesn't seem like it could be in time for the next kernel release so I'm wondering if it is possible to include this patch in the arch linux package instead.

Feel free to close if this is not acceptable.

This patch : http://www.spinics.net/lists/netdev/msg342329.html is working as well

The patch has long been merged [0]. I think this can be closed now.
