Please provide full URLs for http and rsync and provide your bandwith in Mbit/s. I assume you mean you have unlimited traffic, but I'm interested in how much bandwidth you have so we can potentially balance load equally between mirrors in the future. Also note that arch.nosk.org.np does not resolve to an IP for me.
