$ ls -l /usr/local/man/whatis
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 0 Feb 17 00:02 /usr/local/man/whatis it's created when the cron.daily script runs (script provide w/ package: man) running it manually does NOT create this file, only when crond runs it. good luck on this one :) |
