DetailsBoth libreoffice-fresh, and libreoffice-still from extra lack the files needed for offline help functionality.
I created an AUR package to provide the files: https://aur4.archlinux.org/packages/libreoffice-fresh-en-us-help/ My package downloads the deb package (provided by The Document Foundation) and extracts it with "ar x" then copies the files to their appropriate location. |

Another suggestion: Help files for different locales, (e.g., en-ZA), could be provided by the language pack files; so libreoffice-fresh-en-ZA could provide the help files for en-ZA.

Implemented to 5.0.2-2 and commited to trunk for LibO-still for next update.
