pcre-6.6 is slightly broken.

In the PKGBUILD all the .so* files are moved to /lib, however the .a files are still in /usr/lib, and as such certain packages like Cherokee will not build and fail with a pcre_exec error.

After rebuilding the pkg and moving the .a files to /lib as well, cherokee built fine.

I have tested this on two computers running AL current updated just before rebuilding pcre
