After upgrading xf86-input-libinput from 0.13 to 0.14, my Huion h610 Pro pen tablet stopped working. I assumed the bug was an upstream issue so I submitted it there first: https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=91868

It turns out that the problem is actually with the conf file which was changed:
/usr/share/X11/xorg.conf.d/90-libinput.conf

I've confirmed that using the old conf file from the 0.13.0-1 package (which prevents libinput from matching tablets) fixes the issue. Peter Hutterer mentioned that the conf file from upstream is just an example for testing, not for distribution.
