Description: dict_lookup requires xclip:
$ dict_lookup
/usr/bin/dict_lookup: line 78: xclip: command not found

I just realized that even if xclip is installed, dict_lookup is very slow and seems to only use the foldoc database, though dict presents results of many.
However this is most probably not related and would require a new bug report.
