DetailsDescription: glibc 2.22-1 seems not to be supporting large (> 2GByte) files
Additional info: * glibc 2.22-1 + all dependencies (binutils, gcc-lib) Steps to reproduce: using tar (tar 1.28-1) to do a backup of a file w/ file size over 2 GByte long. Environment is Kernel4.1.6-1-ARCH (i686 / 32Bit). Downgrading to glibc 2.21-4 + all dependencies resolves this. tar exists write task with "Value too large for defined data type". |
