So this is completely a PEBKAC bug, but several times now I've accidentally hit "Flag package out-of-date" instead of "Vote for this package" since the links are rather close.

Because I'm not the maintainer, I can't remove the flag. Would it be possible to allow the user who flagged the package to also unflag it?

Would it (or is it) also possible to not send out the email notification, if there's, say, less than a minute between both actions?
