Description:

After the upgrade of kde-l10n-de from version 15.04.2-1 to 15.08.0-1 the german translations (and probably all the others; didn't test it though) for the KDE4-KDE-PIM-Suite ("kdepim-*"-packages) are missing.

Additional info:

- kde-l10n-de: 15.08.0-1
- kdepim-*: 4.14.10-3

Steps to reproduce:
1. Set german as system language
2. Install kdepim-kontact and kde-l10n-de
=> Kontact is not translated anymore
