This task depends upon
You can grab latest PKGBUILD sources from aur-mirror.git or https://github.com/aur-archive/vacuum-im-git (GIT PKGBuild).
Adjust it to the new Homepage (move from googlecode to github), change it (or not) to release versions (Adjusting source line) and reupload to AUR like specified in https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/AUR#Submitting_packages
Edit: If it stays as a git PKGBUILD, it should be updated in case of VCS Guidelines https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/VCS_package_guidelines
