Ephemeral keys are available since dnscrypt-proxy 1.5.0. From the dnscrypt-proxy(8): -E, --ephemeral-keys: By default, queries are always sent with the same public key, allowing providers to link this public key to the different IP addresses you are using. This option requires extra CPU cycles, but mitigates this by computing an ephemeral key pair for every query. So you're asking that this be added to the systemd service file? That file comes from upstream, you might want to ask them.

Yes, please talk to upstream if you want the default systemd service file changed, since we are taking it directly from them.
