Description:
Package faenza-icon-theme can not be installed. I have tried manual installation through "pacman -U" and "pacman -S" but nothing works.

It stucks at loading package files
resolving dependencies...
looking for conflicting packages...

How long did you wait? I just tried it, it sat there for a minute then went ahead. Probably just decompression lag.

Edit: Yep, pausing at getting the file list.

Hey,

i didn't wait so long because in years of using Arch i have never experienced such a lag. But i should because after about a minute i have got decompressed package too.

Probably the best is to close it.
