conf files in /etc/pacman.d/ need updating to represent update of mirror server mirror.pacific.net.au. Repositories are now found at: ftp://mirror.pacific.net.au/linux/archlinux or http://mirror.pacific.net.au/linux/archlinux rather than http://mirror.pacific.net.au/ibiblio/distributions/archlinux/

(They'd probably prefer ftp to be used for pacman.)
