Is it possible to build the sqlite package from complete (raw) source tree (https://www.sqlite.org/2015/sqlite-src-3081101.zip) instead using `autoconf` source archive?
This will provide ability to build and use new additional utility - sqldiff (https://www.sqlite.org/sqldiff.html).
