DetailsI'm not sure if it's possible, but ideally calibre-server should be split off to a separate package with less dependencies ( especially graphical ones ) so one can run it it in a minimal environment, the normal package would just depend on it to retain functionality

calibre's codebase is one logical unit, and you cannot separate the components and install them separately.
