after updated to 1.2.11, no display found and no color management is applied

Additional info:
* package version(s) 1.2.11
* config and/or log files etc.


Steps to reproduce:
open control center => color, no display found
roll back to 1.2.9-3 fix the problem

Probably a regression in the uid check introduced in 1.2.11. Possible fix would be https://github.com/hughsie/colord/commit/eeac836f256fe07004d67e13c3c89532982af9bd

1.2.12 seems fix the problem, it can be closed now.
