i3d.net is a tier 2 mirror. Please select another mirror from the list that says "Tier 1" in the "Tier" column: https://www.archlinux.org/mirrors/

Currently syncing from https://www.archlinux.org/mirrors/nluug.nl/ , it's fully synced now so it should be operational again.
