I used mirror.pkgbuild.com/packages/ for rsync. Is it OK?

That mirror is not publicly listed because it's not intended to be used widely. Please use one of the mirrors listed here and be sure to check that the "Tier" column says "Tier 1": https://www.archlinux.org/mirrors/
