DetailsDescription:I'm aware this package is flagged out-dated, however given the controversy as to whether or not it actually is, I decided to file this bug. Two weeks ago, give or take, the updates to x264 and/or ffmpeg rendered Avidemux (repo versions) incompatible with the format. The two git versions work fine (though there is missing features there as well) I understand the package has to be compiled with x264 enabled. It's not hard to imagine that possibly being the problem.
