Details

Turning on the machine after an APM suspend causes the machine to reboot. Reverting back to Kernel 2.6.16.13-1 solves the problem.

please confirm if 2.6.16.14-2 fixes this issue

Confirmed. Kernel 2.6.16.14-2 fixes the APM issue.
