Description:
mod_perl was removed from the community repository, and while it's available on the AUR, it's still a dependency of some packages. As of this time of writing, it's an optional dependency of awstats and bugzilla, but a required dependency of perl-libapreq2, meaning that one cannot install the last package via pacman alone.

Steps to reproduce:
$ pacman -S perl-libapreq2

Outputs:
warning: cannot resolve "mod_perl", a dependency of "perl-libapreq2"
:: The following package cannot be upgraded due to unresolvable dependencies:
perl-libapreq2
