Description:
'eclipse-java' and 'eclipse-cpp' conflict although not declared conflicting
Also, people want to be able to install both side-by-side.
Also, before the change packages 'eclipse' (which became eclipse-java) and 'eclipse-cdt' (which became eclipse-cpp) could be installed side-by-side.

Steps to reproduce:
pacman -Syu (when having 'eclipse' and 'eclipse-cdt' installed)
OR
pacman -S eclipse-java eclipse-cpp
