Description:
With the latest version 0.71-1 I receive an error message using the option --no-latency-control. Without the option it works.

See whole terminal output:

[user@localhost:~]$ sshuttle --no-latency-control -r user@sshhost.net:477 0/0 -v -x 192.168.1.0/24

With version 0.61-5 the problem does not occur.

shuttle version 0.71-1

Steps to reproduce:
- update to sshuttle version 0.71-1
- user sshuttle with option --no-latency-control
