Description:
First core/iproute2 is outdated. Latest tag is 4.1.1 [1], while in Arch it's still 4.0.0.

Second the patch is wrong. With current iproute2-fhs.patch, get_tc_lib() in tc/tc_util.c returns /usr/share/tc. This function is referenced in tc/{m_action.c,tc.c}, and in both cases the value should be /usr/lib/tc/. Here I proposed the correct patch in the attached file fhs.patch. Note that this patch is for 4.1.0 rather than 4.0.0.

Additional info:
command `ss -lxu` is broken in 4.0.0 and fixed in 4.1.x. With version 4.1.x, the bug mentioned in https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?pid=1522331#p1522331 is fixed.
