Run `systemctl start mopidy`
See with `systemctl status mopidy` that it has failed to start

Yes there was a bug where the mopidy system user was not created with a specific gid/uid. I'm pushing an update so new users don't run into this. To fix your case, please change the mopidy UID and GID to 46, then everything should work as expected.
