Description:
w3m help menu seems to have stopped working. It displays nothing.

Additional info:
* As far as I know, it worked in the 2014-03-05 update. Meaning 2015-04-16 or later broke it.

Steps to reproduce:
1. start w3m like so:

$ w3m http://google.com

2. Push H to reach the help page
3. The help page will be empty and in the bottom left it will state:

"Viewing <w3mhelp.cgi> No Line"

It's suppose to show the old list of various keybindings and possibly some other information.

This problem is reproducible on 2 of my machines, a i686 and a x86_64.

Running /usr/lib/w3m/cgi-bin/w3mhelp.cgi directly says:

Can't use 'defined(%hash)' (Maybe you should just omit the defined()?) at /usr/lib/w3m/cgi-bin/w3mhelp.cgi line
51.

So I guess I'll do what perl says.
