The original repository on github has been inactive since July 2013. It might be worth switching to the fork at https://github.com/ctrlpvim/ctrlp.vim. There is a discussion about birth of that fork here: https://github.com/kien/ctrlp.vim/issues/591.

Sounds good to me but it looks like there isn't any release yet. Should we switch to a Git snapshot or convince upstream to tag a release?
