Summary and Info:
For example, when I install emacs with pacman, pacman asks me if I want to use an alternative to mesa-libcl, but when I use pacstrap, pacstrap does not ask me; it just installs mesa-libcl.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. pacman -Sy emacs
2. You will get an option of ocl-icd or mesa-libcl.
3. During an installation, pacstrap /mnt emacs
4. You will not get a chance to choose.
