On upgrading libvirt to 1.2.17-1 I get the following:

warning: directory permissions differ on /usr/share/polkit-1/rules.d/
filesystem: 700 package: 755

So I changed the permission accordingly but I'm curious because that directory is also owned by polkit. So I reinstall polkit to check and get:

directory permissions differ on /usr/share/polkit-1/rules.d/
filesystem: 755 package: 700

The two packages have conflicting permissions for the same directory. One or the other needs to change I think so it will be consistent.

It's strictly an issue in the libvirt package. The 700 permissions from polkit is from upstream and it's sensible because it's a sensitive directory.
